3A Cooking Instructions
​三品烹飪小貼士

  • Cuttlefish Ball / Deep Fried Shrimp Ball / Deep Fried Dace Fish Ball :

Bring water to boil and cook in high heat for about 4-6 mins.

手工墨魚丸 / 炸蝦丸 / 炸鯪魚丸:沸水煮約4-6分鐘。

 

  • Jumbo Shrimp Wontons / Dumplings:

Bring water to boil and cook in high heat for about 5-8 mins.

鮮蝦大雲吞 / 鳳城水餃:沸水煮約5-8分鐘。

  • Chu Hou Braised Beef Brisket & Tendon / Chu Hou Braised Beef Tendon / Traditional  Beef Internal Delicacies Street Food / Traditional Beef Tripe / Braised Pork Knuckle  with  Peanut and House Sauce:

Products are cooked thoroughly. Reheat and ready to serve.

柱侯炆牛筋腩 / 柱侯炆牛孖筋 / 懷舊街邊牛雜 / 懷舊街邊淨牛肚 / 秘醬花生炆豬手豬踭:

產品已經煮熟,可直接加熱享用。

 

  • Jumbo Shrimp Har Gaw / Steamed Dumpling with Pork and Peanut: 

  1. Place dim sums evenly in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 10 mins.

(*Suggest unfreezing or rest at room temperature for about 25-30 mins before steaming. Shorten steaming time for about 2 mins to get the best texture and translucent wrapper.)

水晶蝦餃皇 / 潮州粉果:

不解凍,沸水蒸約10分鐘。

(*建議將蝦餃或粉粿放置於室溫下,解凍約25-30分鐘,再蒸煮約8分鐘,口感最佳。)

 

  • Salty Egg Custard Bun / Bamboo Charcoal Bun with Salty Egg Custard / Black Sesame Bun / Glutinous Rice Roll / Sponge Cake:

  1. Place dim sums evenly in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 8-11 mins.

流沙包 / 竹炭流沙包 / 黑芝麻包 / 臘味糯米卷 / 馬拉糕:

無需提前解凍,沸水蒸約8-11分鐘。

 

  • Barbecue Pork Bun / Chicken Bun with Diced Ginger / Vegetable and Pork Bun:

  1. Place dim sums evenly in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 12-15 mins.

叉燒包 / 薑粒雞包 / 菜肉包:

無需提前解凍,沸水蒸約12-15分鐘。

 

  • Jumbo Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai / Steamed Beef Ball / Pork and Vegetable Bean Curd Roll:

  1. Place dim sums evenly in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 14-17 mins.

鮮蝦豬肉燒賣 / 山竹牛肉球 /蠔皇鮮竹卷:

無需提前解凍,沸水蒸約14-17分鐘。

 

  • Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf:

  1. Place dim sums evenly in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 20-25 mins.

珍珠糯米雞:

無需提前解凍,沸水蒸約20-25分鐘。

 

  • Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce / Steamed Chicken Feet in Black Bean Sauce:

  1. Remove the plastic lid and place it in the steamer basket. Fill water in cookware (wok, pan, or pot) and add steamer basket.

  2. Bring water to boil and steam in high heat for about 20 mins.

豉汁排骨 / 豉汁鳳爪:

無需提前解凍,移除塑料透明蓋。將裝有排骨或鳳爪錫紙盤放置蒸籠或器皿中。沸水蒸約20分鐘。

1) Cooking tips for steaming Dim Sums in Bamboo Steamer Basket: Place the steamer paper liner in the bamboo steamer basket and put dim sums evenly on the paper liner before adding the basket to the cookware.

1) 若使用蒸籠蒸煮點心,建議使用蒸籠紙,蒸煮前將點心墊好蒸籠紙放置蒸籠或器皿中。

 

2) The above cooking time is for reference only. Variations in cookware and cooking appliances can result in different cooking temperatures. Please adjust the cooking time depending on the cookware or whether food is thawed in advance.

2) 以上烹煮時間僅供參考,請根實際使用的據廚具器皿,或食品是否提前解凍,適當調整烹饪時間。
